Privacy Policy
Last updated 8 September 2026 · SportsCall is a service of InsyncTech.
The short version. SportsCall is a phone service. To work at all, it needs your phone number, and it processes what is said on your calls. We use that to answer your questions and remember your roster. We do not sell your information.
1. Who we are
SportsCall is operated by InsyncTech. You can reach us about anything in this policy at sportscall@insynctech.io.
2. What we collect
- Your phone number — required to provision your line and to recognise you when you call.
- Call audio and transcripts — calls to and from your SportsCall line are recorded and transcribed so the service can answer you, and so it can remember your roster between calls.
- What you tell it — your league settings, scoring rules, roster, and the decisions you ask about.
- Usage and billing records — call durations, minute balance, and subscription status. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by us.
- Basic website data — if you submit your email address to hear about launch, we store that address until you ask us to remove it.
3. Call recording — read this one
Your calls with SportsCall are recorded and transcribed. That is how the service remembers your roster and improves its answers. By using the service you consent to that recording. Some jurisdictions require all parties to consent to call recording — if anyone else is on the line with you, it is your responsibility to tell them the call is being recorded, or to avoid putting them on the call.
You can ask us to delete your recordings and transcripts at any time by emailing sportscall@insynctech.io.
4. Automated calls to you
SportsCall places exactly two kinds of automated outbound calls: a one-time welcome call after you sign up, and a confirmation call after you approve a roster move by text. These use an artificial or prerecorded voice. You consent to receive them when you sign up, that consent is not a condition of purchase beyond the welcome call, and you can withdraw it at any time by telling the analyst to stop calling, or by emailing us. We do not use your number for marketing calls, and we do not sell or share it with anyone who will.
5. How we use it
- To run the service you paid for — answering your calls and remembering your league.
- To meter your minutes and bill your subscription.
- To improve the quality of the service's answers.
- To contact you about your account or a service problem.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
6. Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers, each handling only what they need:
- Twilio — telephone numbers, call connection and delivery.
- Stripe — payments and subscriptions. Stripe receives your payment details directly; we never see your card number.
- ElevenLabs — speech synthesis and transcription for the voice experience.
- Anthropic — the language model that reasons over your question.
- Cloudflare and our own servers — hosting and storage.
7. Google API Services
Where SportsCall uses Google APIs, our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not transfer it except as required to provide or improve the feature you requested, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.
8. Connected assistants (Claude, ChatGPT and similar)
You can connect SportsCall to a third-party AI assistant — such as Anthropic's Claude or OpenAI's ChatGPT — so that assistant can ask SportsCall about your league. When you do:
- You authorize it explicitly. The connection uses OAuth: you sign in with your SportsCall line, see exactly which permissions the assistant is requesting (for example, reading your league and roster, or sending you a fantasy alert), and can decline. No assistant gets access without that consent screen.
- The assistant sees only what it asks for. Responses to its requests — your league context, roster, and our analysis — are displayed inside your conversation with the assistant. The assistant vendor is a display surface for your data, not a co-owner of it: we do not grant assistant vendors rights to resell it or use it beyond serving your requests, and their own handling of your conversation is governed by their privacy policy.
- Some things stay off this surface. Roster changes can only be made through the full SportsCall service, never by a directory assistant, and sending texts is limited to a single, explicit alert tool you scoped at consent.
- You can disconnect at any time — revoke the assistant's access from the assistant's own connections settings, or email us and we will cut the authorization from our side.
9. How long we keep it
We keep your roster, league settings and account records for as long as your line is active, so the service can do its job. If you cancel, we retain your data for a short period in case you come back, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
10. Your choices
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Turn off the confirmation call at any time.
- Cancel your subscription at any time.
Email sportscall@insynctech.io and we will action it.
11. Children
SportsCall is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
12. Changes
If we change this policy materially we will update the date at the top and, where it affects how we handle your calls or your data, tell you directly.
