Terms of Service
Last updated 16 August 2026 · SportsCall is a service of InSync Tech.
The short version. You pay $20 to get a phone line with an AI fantasy sports analyst on it, plus an hour of talk time. $10 a month keeps the line and adds 30 minutes that roll over. Extra hours are $5. You can cancel any time, but we do not give refunds — including for minutes you never used. It gives you advice, not guarantees.
1. Agreement
By buying or using SportsCall you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be 18 or older.
2. What the service is
SportsCall provisions you a dedicated telephone number. When you call it, an AI analyst helps you with fantasy sports roster decisions. It is a research and convenience tool. It is not a sportsbook, it does not place bets, and it is not financial, legal or professional advice of any kind.
3. Pricing and billing

The monthly subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time and you will not be billed again. Fees already paid are non-refundable, and unused minutes are not refundable and not redeemable for cash. Unused minutes roll over only for as long as your subscription stays active; if you cancel, the line and any remaining balance end at the close of your paid period.
5. Your phone line
The number is assigned to you for as long as your subscription is active. If your subscription lapses, the number may be released and reassigned, and we cannot guarantee you can get it back.
6. Calls, recording and automated calling
Calls to and from your line are recorded and transcribed — see the Privacy Policy. By using the service you consent to that recording, and you agree it is your responsibility to disclose the recording to anyone else you put on the call.
SportsCall places a one-time welcome call after signup and, if you opt in, a weekly recap call. These use an artificial or prerecorded voice. If you answer a recap call it uses your minute balance the same as a call you placed; if you do not answer, the voicemail costs you nothing. You may withdraw consent for the recap call at any time by telling the analyst to stop calling or by emailing us.
7. SMS and text messaging
We may send you transactional text messages relating to your account — for example a signup confirmation or a notice that your minutes have run out. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of texts, and HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not cancel your subscription. We do not sell your number and we do not send marketing texts on behalf of third parties.
8. Minutes and fair use
Minutes are metered by connected call time. When your balance reaches zero the line stops answering until you top up. You can ask the analyst for your remaining balance at any time. The service is for your personal use — do not resell it, share your line commercially, or use automated systems to place calls to it.
9. No guarantee of outcome
Fantasy sports involve chance. The analyst gives you an opinion built on data, and it can be wrong. We do not guarantee any result, any accuracy, or any winnings. Player information, injury reports and odds come from third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. You are responsible for your own lineup decisions.
10. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful.
- Do not use it to place, broker or solicit bets.
- Do not abuse, threaten or attempt to manipulate the service.
- Do not attempt to extract, copy or resell the underlying system.
We may suspend or end a line that breaches these terms, without refund.
11. Availability
We aim to keep the line up, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Networks, providers and maintenance can interrupt it.
12. No affiliation
SportsCall is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, PGA, any league, any team, or any fantasy sports platform. All team and league names are the property of their owners.
13. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses in any fantasy league, contest or wager.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects what you are paying for, we will tell you before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service means you accept the change.
